1-4 years old

_Lessons for children 1-4 years old focus on teaching the swim-float-swim survival sequence. Children learn to swim with their head down; roll onto their back to float, rest, and breathe; and roll back over to resume swimming until they reach the side of the pool, where they can either crawl out or wait until they can be rescued.
Students over 4 years old
Once the children are fully skilled they can begin maintenance lessons. Typically scheduled for once a week.. During this time they practice their skills and begin to build their endurance. When they are strong enough and developmentally ready they start working on specific stroke development.
All students will practice their survival skills fully clothed during lessons. It is recommended that children continue with refresher lessons or maintenance to help their in-water skill level grow with their physical development.
